In the first case, the customer in the process of working wants to change the functionality or appearance – such wishes should be paid additionally, because it is an additional work to disassemble a part of the constructed, to recount the characteristics, to make an additional decorative element, not previously agreed, etc.
In the second case, there are situations when the customer needs to perform minor repair and construction work: move the socket or switch to another place, change the water supply line, paint the adjacent walls to match the stove. These works can be performed by a third-party contractor, and depending on complexity and load, we can do them yourself for a fee
